Tiffini has more than 15 years of experience in K-12 education, stakeholder engagement, and nonprofit management. Her career reflects a commitment to educational equity and transforming systems through collective impact and inclusive coalition-building. Through various roles, Tiffini has gained valuable experience in teaching, project management, relationship-building, partnership development, research & analysis, and program design and facilitation. She has extensive experience in nonprofit senior leadership in DC, building new teams and supporting change management. Tiffini serves as a Board Trustee at IDEA Public Charter School in Washington, DC. She has a Nonprofit Management Executive Certificate from Georgetown University, a Ph.D. in Cultural and Education Policy Studies from Loyola University Chicago, an M.A. in Secondary Education from American University, and a B.A. in Sociology from Spelman College.
