MELISSA MCKNIGHT

Managing Partner

Melissa has more than two decades of public sector experience. She previously served in leadership positions in a variety of DC government agencies focusing on education accountability and funding, workforce and economic development, and data and systems development. Since launching the Lincoln Square Group in 2019, Melissa has successfully managed over 50 projects focused on strategic planning, policy development, program development and evaluation, landscape analysis and advising clients around scaling up services, and developing quantitative and qualitative research reports. Melissa holds a B.A. in Political Science and Public Policy from The George Washington University.

CAMILA CAMBORDA

Director 

Camila brings a decade of experience across public policy, advocacy, philanthropy, and communications, with a focus on helping leaders advance meaningful, sustained change in their communities. At Lincoln Square, she has partnered with organizations on strategic planning, community engagement, and improving systems and processes. Prior to joining Lincoln Square, Camila served as Associate Director at the Data Quality Campaign, where she worked with state leaders across the country to advance education and workforce data systems and policy.

Camila began her career as a field organizer in the East Boston and Chelsea communities. She holds a B.A. in Economics and International Relations from Boston University.
