Niranjan has extensive experience in researching best practices for state- and school-level replication, as well as knowledge of the adult education field in the District. Further, Niranjan has supported strategic planning at a variety of organizations, including several in the District of Columbia. Niranjan has also supported the implementation of effective data use practices for a range of programs and organizations, including project management of dashboard development as well as content development and platform selection.
