Communications, Strategy, and Engagement Consultant

Chloe has over a decade of experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, and project management. She excels at translating nebulous and hard-to-explain content into messages that connect with and inspire real humans. Chloe partners with education and nonprofit clients in planning and executing multi-faceted communications campaigns and gathering audience feedback to make decisions that center student, family, and community voices. She previously served as deputy director of communications for the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE); worked on college access programs at DC Public Schools; as an English-language teacher in Buenos Aires, Argentina; and as a college admissions officer in New York City. She holds a B.A. from Wellesley College and an M.A. in Politics and Education from Columbia University.
